We are pleased to announce that the first court case in Poland concerning voice theft using artificial intelligence — brought by our company against JFC Polska — now has a date for its initial hearing. According to information provided by the District Court in Warsaw, XXII Intellectual Property Division, this historic day is set for 23 January 2026.
We are truly encouraged by the speed and efficiency of the Polish justice system in this extremely important case for the entire creative community. It’s wonderful to see that the gravity of this issue is also recognized by the legal world.
